Art Deco Phyllis M&S 1/20 12kt gold filled topaz rhinestone vintage pendant brooch rhinestone choker This natural cream and brownPhyllis M&S 1 20 12kt gold filled topaz rhinestone flower vintage pendant brooch. This beautiful waterfall gold filled brooch has the original stamp for the Phyllis designs in the late 1940's early 1950's. Center has a topaz colored rhinestone flower with clear chaton accents. The top has an ornate open work wire design. Good vintage condition with some signs of normal vintage wear. The clear rhinestones do show age changes to the foil on the back.
